NEW NAME, IDENTITY AND RECRUITMENT CONCEPT FOR A NEW IT COMPANY
The IT company (a department of a global ventures group) needed a new name and identity so they would be interesting for potential IT’rs. We needed a name ‘nerds’ could relate to and the name SuperBrave seemed to cover all bases. Together with the clean identity we set out communication track to recruit new team members.
RESEARCH UNVEILED THE WORLD OF IT PLUS THEIR LIKES, HABITS AND INTERESTS
Due to a huge shortage of IT tech staff it has become much more difficult for companies to attract them to join their team. Our challenge was making SuperBrave interesting enough to attract a potential work force.
SINCE THE COMPANY WAS LAUNCHED UNDER THE NAME SUPERBRAVE MORE AND MORE PEOPLE APPLIED FOR JOBS AND THE COMPANY GREW EXCESSIVELY

We've come up with the name SuperBrave and created media involving Stormtroopers, and a series of images the It could relate to.
An identity would be enough so we had to add social campaigns
