STANDING OUT OF THE REAL ESTATE CROWD
We were asked to create a new identity and way of communication like no other real estate agency. We’ve combined the message in way of a ‘text balloon’ in the identity so this could also be used as a way of communication as well as the identity. After a thorough research we found out all real estate agents were using valuable space on their signs for the message ‘te koop’ but as we all know once the sign is up it’s a for sale sign in 95% of the times, so why spill this valuable space in stead of communicating where to find the property on sale. The usage of the bright blue color in combination with black and white photography was absolutely new real estate and radiates a feeling of trust as well as immediate recognition.
